Recreational boating events
Florida Cruisers organizes destination cruises and related gatherings for independently owned and operated recreational powerboats, generally 30–50 feet in length. Florida Cruisers is not a yacht club, marina, charter operator, passenger carrier, towing service, or cruise line. Unless expressly stated, participating boaters remain responsible for their own fuel, dockage, lodging, meals, travel costs, reservations, equipment, and crew.
Published routes, dates, weather windows, stops, marina plans, availability, costs, and schedules may change. An RSVP helps organizers coordinate but does not guarantee a slip, reservation, admission, service, or safe passage.
Captain and participant responsibility
Every vessel remains under the sole command of its captain. Each captain is responsible for vessel condition, insurance, legally required equipment, navigation, communications, weather assessment, crew safety, wake and speed compliance, and the decision to depart, continue, divert, or stop. Group plans and messages are coordination aids, not navigation, weather, emergency, or professional maritime advice.
Florida Cruisers text program
When you separately check the SMS consent box and submit the form on our Text Updates page, you consent to receive recurring automated Florida Cruisers boating-event messages from Brown Consulting LLC. Messages are sent from +1 (888) 292-0089 and may include upcoming destination-cruise announcements, RSVP confirmations, departure or route changes, marina arrival information, coordination reminders, and day-of logistical updates.
- Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month; event-day updates may add messages.

- Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number supplied. We do not use purchased, rented, scraped, shared, or inherited contact lists.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content or contact information for unlawful solicitation.
Intellectual property and availability
Florida Cruisers content is owned by Brown Consulting LLC or its licensors and is provided for personal, noncommercial use. The website is provided on an as-available basis. We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue content or features at any time.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Brown Consulting LLC is not responsible for vessel damage, groundings, collisions, wake damage, mechanical problems, weather, navigation decisions, delays, injuries, cancellations, marina actions, or other outcomes arising from recreational boating or reliance on group-planning information. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, insurance, navigation, weather, safety, or professional maritime advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
